Preview
We build a working preview of your site before you sign anything. You see it on your own phone.

Proposal and deposit
One page: tier, setup fee, monthly plan and the launch inputs we need from you. Every price is plus sales tax.
- 04
Content and approvals
You send logo, photos and account access. We write the copy and you approve it. The launch date goes in writing the day we have everything.

Build and staging
The full site on a private staging address. You review, we fix, you approve.

Launch
We move it to your domain, run PageSpeed three times, record the scores in your handover notes and hand you the keys.
What we guarantee, in the contract's words.
Short forms from Schedule A of our agreement. We never guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue. If a short form and the Schedule differ, the Schedule controls.
- Speed you can check. Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at your request.
- Yours, in writing. Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it, milestone by milestone. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
- Every web lead answered within 60 seconds. An automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. Switched on once we have timed a live test for your business, and marked active in your statement of work.
- Launch on time, or your setup fee back. The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, assets, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you choose: a full refund of every setup fee paid, or carry on with a new date.
- Live in 7 days after content approval. Growth only. Premium launch dates are set in its proposal.
- See it before you pay. We build your preview before the call. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
- Month-to-month after the minimum term. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before the minimum term ends.
